On November 10, IU’s agency, Loen Entertainment, issued an official statement, saying, “The revealed photo was when Eunhyuk came to visit IU when she was sick” and “The two are just very close friends. Please don’t exaggerate the details.”
“We first want to sincerely apologize if the picture has caused worry and concern to staff and fans of IU and Super Junior,” the statement read. “The revealed photo was during the summer when IU was very sick. Eunhyuk had come to visit and took the photo while sitting on the couch.”
On why the photo was revealed, the company said, “Early this morning, IU was posting on her Twitter and in a mistake, a photo from her photo upload site, which is connected with her Twitter account, was uploaded for the public to see.”
“IU is currently worried and apologetic that Eunhyuk may suffer due to her carelessness.”
The agency also addressed the continuous dating rumors between the two singers..
At around 3 AM, a photo of IU and Eunhyuk was posted on IU’s twitter and quickly spread online.
ELF setelah baca berita ini jangan langsung marah2 dan ngehakimin IU ya? kasian dia, mungkin emang dia gak sengaja dan gak maksud posting foto pribadinya di twitter nya. toh yg terpenting kan udah ada klarifikasi kalo mereka (Eunhyuk sm IU) gak ada hubungan apa2 ^^ lagi pula kalo ada hubungan juga gpp kayanya, UI itu kan lucu, polos, baik (kayanya), menyenangkan juga keliatannya, suaranya bagus, cantik pula ^^ ini urusan pribadi hyuk oppa ELF jadi mulai belajar menghargai privasi hyuk oppa ya :)
tugas ELF itu cuma ngedukung dan ngelindungi 13+2 oppa kita, bukan ikut campur dlm masalah pribadi mereka. we love LEE HYUKJAE, and always support him ^^
